The vector of anti-ERBB2_GD2 tandem chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human ERBB2 and GD2. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing bivalent scFv of anti-ERBB2_GD2 antibody and linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of ERBB2+/GD2+ cancer.
