The vector of anti-EGFR_EGFRvIII tandem chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human EGFR and EGFRvIII. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing bivalent scFv of anti-EGFR_EGFRvIII antibody and linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of EGFR+/EGFRvIII+ cancer.
