The vector of anti-EGFR_CD133 tandem chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human EGFR and CD133. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing bivalent scFv of anti-EGFR_CD133 antibody and linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of EGFR+/CD133+ cancer.
