The vector of anti-ERBB2_CD20 tandem chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human ERBB2 and CD20. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing bivalent scFv of anti-ERBB2_CD20 antibody and linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of ERBB2+/CD20+ cancer.
