The vector of anti-BCMA_EGFRvIII tandem chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human BCMA and EGFRvIII. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing bivalent scFv of anti-BCMA_EGFRvIII antibody and linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of BCMA+/EGFRvIII+ cancer.
