The vector of anti-EGFR_c-Met tandem chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human EGFR and c-Met. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing bivalent scFv of anti-EGFR_c-Met antibody and linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Lung Cancer.
