Biotin and streptavidin have the characteristics of high affinity, highly specific reaction, small dissociation constant, irreversible reactivity and high product stability. At present, biotin avidin system has become a universal research method in the field of biology. This kit first couples biotin to the surface of exosomes through chemical bond, and removes free biotin through a SEC to obtain a large amount of pure biotinylated exosomes. Biotinylated exosomes first bind to streptavidin (containing four biotin binding sites), then connect with biotin-labeled proteins, peptides, small molecules and nucleic acids, and finally achieve the modification (targeting) on the surface of exosomes.
