Pooled PBMC | Creative Biolabs

The pooled PBMCs were prepared for the monocyte activation test (MAT) of the pyrogen. According to the European Pharmacopoeia published MAT guidelines for blood donors and cells, they recommend pooling cells with at least four donors to reduce the effects of donor variation. Therefore, our PBMC pool is prepared by four healthy donors. We tested the endotoxin standards for each pool to meet certification requirements.
