"Anti-MART-1 T Cells, Donor 1" | Creative Biolabs
MART1, a melanoma antigen recognized by T cells, also known as MelanA, is a 118 amino acid long surface protein expressed primarily on melanocytes and most melanomas. These antiMART1 T cells are CD8+ T cells specific for naturally processed native MART1 (2735). The antigenic peptide sequence is AAGIGILTV and the analog peptide: ELAGIGILTV.
