These CD4 + T cells are specific for the tetanus toxoid peptide (QYIKANSK FIGITEL). The peptide is represented by HLADRB1 * 01. When stimulated by antigen and APC, these cells cause T cell proliferation and produce IFNg, IL5, IL10 and IL13.
