Activated PBMC can be used for immunofluorescence staining and multicolor flow cytometry.
These cells have been validated and can be used as controls for cytokine staining. Common tested cell surface molecules (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD19, CD56) and such as IL2, IL3, IL4, IL5, IL8, IL13, IL17, GMCSF , IFN_ and TNF_ are applicable.
