Reconstituted lyophilized human leukocytes can be used for immunofluorescence staining and multicolor flow cytometry assays. These cells can be used as controls for stability studies to avoid donor variation. These cells have been shown to work synergistically with commonly used cell surface markers such as CD3, CD4, CD8, CD19, CD20, CD56/16, CD14, CD25, CD69, HLADR, Granzyme B, Perforin, Foxp3 and Helios.
