"Anti-MART-1 T Cells, Donor 358" | Creative Biolabs
MART-1 (Melanoma Antigen Recognized by T cells), also known as Melan-A, is a 118 amino acid long surface protein expressed mainly on melanocytes and most melanoma. This anti MART-1 T cells are CD8+ T cells with specificity to the naturally processed native MART-1 (27-35) 9-mer: AAGIGILTV. These T cells also recognize the analog peptide: ELAGIGILTV, a 10-mer (26-35) with L for A substitution in position 27.
