The Anti-CCL2 VHH(X3XH337) h(28BB_) CAR-Jurkat-NFAT-Luc is a stable cell line derived from anti-CCL2 CAR lentivirus transduction using Jurkat-NFAT-luciferase cell as effector cell. This transduced CAR lentiviral vector was constructed to express anti-CCL2VHH (X3XH337) linked to the CD28-41BB-CD3_ signaling domains. The recombinant CAR-Jurkat cell line constitutively expressing the firefly luciferase gene under the control of NFAT response elements to facilitate subsequent research.
