The Anti-CXCR4 VHH(X3XH299) h(ICOSBB_) CAR-Jurkat-NFAT-Luc is a stable cell line derived from anti-CXCR4 CAR lentivirus transduction using Jurkat-NFAT-luciferase cell as effector cell. This transduced CAR lentiviral vector was constructed to express anti-CXCR4VHH (X3XH299) linked to the CD28-41BB-CD3_ signaling domains. The recombinant CAR-Jurkat cell line constitutively expressing the firefly luciferase gene under the control of NFAT response elements to facilitate subsequent research.
