The Anti-CXCL12 VHH(X3XH369) h(28OX_) CAR-Jurkat-NFAT-Luc is a stable cell line derived from anti-CXCL12 CAR lentivirus transduction using Jurkat-NFAT-luciferase cell as effector cell. This transduced CAR lentiviral vector was constructed to express anti-CXCL12VHH (X3XH369) linked to the CD28-OX40-CD3_ signaling domains. The recombinant CAR-Jurkat cell line constitutively expressing the firefly luciferase gene under the control of NFAT response elements to facilitate subsequent research.
