The vector of anti-ANXA2 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to simultaneously target two epitopes of human ANXA2. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing anti-ANXA2 VHH1 and VHH2 linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains. And the biepitope CAR targeting T cells can be used for the treatment of Ovarian.
