The vector of anti-Human B7-H6 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells. The receptor construction is 7H-YB-Fluc-EF1a-scFv-CD28-CD3_. 7H-YB means seven repeats of the HSE motif 5'-nGAAnnTTCnnGAAn-3' upstream of the human synthetic core promoter (YB). 7H-YB is a technology for photothermal control of T cell therapies.
