Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell expansion and persistence emerged as key efficacy determinants in cancer patients. These features are typical of earlys stem cell memory T cells (TSCM) , which are equally effective in counteracting tumor growth in xenograft mouse models.

Our TSCM-based CAR T cells are engineered by incorporating a second-generation CAR into enriched TSCM cells using lentiviral transduction technology. These TSCM-based CAR T cells are expected to achieve enhanced in vivo expansion and long-term remissions.
