The Anti-GCN4 (X9X10) Negative Control CAR-Jurkat-NFAT-Luc cell line is a stable cell line derived from anti-GCN4 CAR lentivirus transduction using Jurkat-NFAT-luciferase cell as effector cell. This negative control consists of anti-GCN4 scFv linked to the CD28/CD8 transmembrane motif without any intracellular signaling domains.And the cell line can be used for the negative control of Anti-GCN4 (X9X10) CAR-Jurkat-NFAT-Luc.
