The Anti-GPC1 (1.4) Negative Control CAR-Jurkat-NFAT-Luc cell line is a stable cell line derived from anti-GPC1 CAR lentivirus transduction using Jurkat-NFAT-luciferase cell as effector cell. This negative control consists of anti-GPC1 scFv linked to the CD28/CD8 transmembrane motif without any intracellular signaling domains.And the cell line can be used for the negative control of Anti-GPC1 (1.4) CAR-Jurkat-NFAT-Luc.
