    Environmental Impact Assessment

    An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is routinely performed before initiating a development project. The EIA assess the impact of the proposed project on the environment of the area. Many environmental factors are evaluated during an EIA including socioeconomic impacts and beneficial and adverse health effects.
