Gamma Delta T-Cells
Gamma Delta T-Cells: are T-Cells that have a distinct T-Cell receptor on their surface. Most T-Cells are composed of two glycoprotein chains but gamma delta cells have a TCR that is made up of one gamma chain and one delta chain. These cells are most commonly found in the gut mucosa.
