PCTS
Patient care technician (PCTs) provides basic care to patients in a healthcare setting. PCTs can perform a variety of tasks including cleaning/sanitizing patient rooms, changing bedding, transferring patients between rooms, or stocking clinical areas with medications and supplies. Depending on training and certification, some PCTs can also be responsible for direct patient interactions such as checking blood pressure, heart rate, or pulse.
