Redox probes
REDOX probes are fluorescent dyes engineered to detect reactive oxygen species (ROS) in cell culture. Using a REDOX probe in a laboratory setting, ROS, which indicate likely DNA damage in a cell, can be detected by various fluorescent techniques including flow cytometry or microscopy.
