This Man Had A Stroke at 39, and He's Determined to Improve His Heart Health

At only 39 years old, Prince Quire had a stroke, which is the fifth leading cause of death for people in the United States. Through nutrition and exercise, though, Quire plans to improve his heart health despite his stroke. It's American Heart Month, and understanding the risks leading to cardiovascular disease is vital, as well as knowing the steps you can take to prevent cardiovascular disease.
