In this Lab Week virtual symposium, bioMérieux celebrates Medical Laboratory Professionals by providing education and learning opportunities to support the life-changing work you and your labs do for people every day.

Dr. Nicole Hubbard will delve into blood culture reporting in the continuous improvement of diagnostics, and Dr. Rosemary She will walk us through a few case studies that address challenges you most likely face with susceptibility testing and breakpoints. We’ll also have a presentation about the VITEK® MS PRIME which is bioMerieux's next generation MALDI-TOF analyzer for organism identification.

Dr. Andrea Prinzi of bioMérieux will address changing breakpoints for antimicrobial susceptibility testing, and Eric Berger of bioMérieux will walk through a VITEK® 2 Breakpoint Update that should help ease the administrative burden on the lab to assess compliance with current CLSI/FDA breakpoints.
