    Biography
      Claudio Mirti is passionate about the potential of AI to empower us all to accomplish more, drive better business outcomes and achieve breakthroughs that redefine what's possible. From changing the transportation landscape or discovering new ways of protecting the planet to reinventing healthcare to connecting with customers. The opportunities are endless.

      As a Business Developer, Claudio Mirti has a customer-focused strategic approach to leverage digital technologies to design and build innovative game-changing solutions. He works for an American multinational technology company. Furthermore, he is the founder of different courses in higher education in Switzerland and the New York University for Professional Studies with focus on Design Thinking, AI and Chatbots.

      Claudio Mirti has a commercial background (Sales and Marketing) and holds a Master degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland. Additionally, he holds a certification in advertising and innovation from the Boston University and a certification in digital ecosystems for startups from the New York University.

      As an advisory board member, he coaches startups and published different articles on business development and ideation. He commutes between Zürich and New York City.

    Abstract

    The printing press, the automobile & the Internet are just a few technological achievements that have advanced our world. All were driven by human ingenuity: our innate creativity that inspires us to learn, imagine & explore.
    This spirit is what pushes us to challenge the boundaries of the possible to go ever forward.
     
    Today, AI is helping to amplify our human ingenuity, opening up exciting new possibilities for how intelligent technology can shape our world. At Microsoft, our goal is to democratize access to AI for everyone through innovative & powerful platforms, & above all, we’re focused on ensuring that our AI tools & technologies are deployed responsibly & earn people’s trust. 
     
    And yet, we realize that AI is one of the lesser understood modern technological break-throughs. Many questions remain. How are companies applying this technology to empower employees, engage with customers, transform their business and optimize their operations? Where are they seeing benefits, and what are their blockers?
