    Biography
      Heinrich Bürgers is Product Manager at the Stereo & Digital Microscopy Division of Leica Microsystems based in Heerbrugg, Switzerland. He studied Biology at the University of Regensburg and Munich in Germany. After receiving his PhD from the University of Heidelberg, Germany in 2009, he worked in the field of image analysis and fluorescence slide scanning before joining Leica Microsystems as a Sales Rep in 2011. In 2014, he took on the role of Product Manager in Heerbrugg and is now taking care of the fluorescence stereo microscope line.

Learn about instruments you can choose for your research and understand the basic principles that were designed to drive your research. This talk will focus on innovations in stereo microscopy for brightfield and fluorescence typically used in laboratories working on zebrafish, drosophila and c. elegans, and how you can advance your discoveries by allowing you to see more of what you haven't seen before in greater detail.
