Displaying Data And Structures in Spotfire

TIBCO Spotfire is a powerful data visualization platform. Its functionality can be extended by creating custom tools. The DXPDataDisplay is such a tool that was created at Pfizer. It enables scientists to visualize structures and the physical and biological data of compounds and supports sophisticated SAR analysis with embedded cheminformatics functions. As a result of having this functionality in Spotfire DXP, Spotfire DXP became one of the primary data analysis tools for drug discovery at Pfizer. The presentation will provide an overview of the functionality, history, and impact of this tool.
