    Biography
Dr. Laurent Mosnier holds a PhD in thrombosis and hemostasis from Utrecht University (Utrecht, Netherlands). Abstract
    DATE:  November 7, 2019
    TIME:  9:00am PST, 12:00pm EST

In collaboration with Hematherix and Thermo Fisher, Dr. Laurent Mosnier is investigating a new treatment for acute traumatic bleeding using an engineered Factor V molecule. Acute traumatic bleeding is a major clinical issue without suitable prohemostatic treatment options. Most available prohemostatic drugs carry a high risk of thrombosis in acute traumatic bleeding. This webinar proposes a targeted therapy for acute traumatic bleeding using engineered Factor V molecules.

    Learning Objectives:
    • Identify techniques to optimize expression levels of recombinant proteins
    • Demonstrate how to improve yields of recombinant proteins using ExpiCHO

Webinars will be available for unlimited on-demand viewing after live event.
