Abstract
This session will focus on troubleshooting in ion chromatography. A strategic framework for successful troubleshooting in ion chromatography will be discussed. The presentation will cover column, suppressor and detector related troubleshooting. Example chromatographic data and written descriptions will be provided to illustrate issues observed in ion chromatography. Attendees will have a chance to vote on the most likely explanation for each performance issue prior to a reveal of the root cause.
