A complex interaction among heterogenous immune and tumor cells within the tumorous tissue not only influences tumor progression, but can also shape therapeutic responses. Understanding such interactions and cellular phenotypes within the tumor microenvironment is key to developing future immune-based cancer therapy strategies. Limited patient sample material, and loss of said precious material along the workflow, are major challenges in performing elaborate or detailed study of such complex microenvironments.
 
Learning Objectives
  • Describe how to obtain the maximum number of readouts from a single sample (a comprehensive workflow will be presented)
  • Discuss how to use REAfinity™ Antibodies to improve multiparameter identification and quantification of immune cell subsets
  • Provide an explanation of how to employ microscopy for increased resolution of single-cell RNAseq and high-content profiling
