Abstract
The availability of spectral cell sorters has been highly anticipated by core directors and investigators alike. However, with the launch of the Bigfoot High-Speed Spectral Cell Sorter has come some unexpected challenges for the users. One such challenge involves the preparation and use of proper control samples. In this webinar we will discuss what controls are necessary, the features of a good control sample, and how and when bead-based controls are appropriate on the Bigfoot platform.
Three goals/objectives the webinar will cover:
- What controls does the Bigfoot require for spectral sorting
- What constitutes an appropriate control sample
- When and how are bead control samples appropriate
