Abstract

This talk reviews the advances in the field of Proteolysis Targeting Chimeras (PROTACs). It is divided to five topics: (1) Ligand-induced Target Protein Destabilization; (2) Small-Molecule Ligands for E3 Ubiquitin Ligases; (3) PROTACs Inducing Degradation of Nuclear Hormone Receptors; (4) PROTACs Inducing Degradation of Kinases; and (5) Miscellaneous PROTACs.
