Abstract
Affinité Instruments is a developer and supplier of SPR analysis instruments, related consumables, and software. Focusing on the mission of SPR for everyone, this webinar will review the benefits of using Affinité P4SPR™ system for the fast, simple, and robust real-time analysis of molecular binding interactions in low throughput applications. Affinité’s upcoming flow-based systems, the P4-Hybrid and ezSPR™, with their expanded sample delivery and analysis capabilities will also be presented.

The P4SPR analysis system from Affinité is an ultra-small footprint benchtop SPR detection system, enabling fast and simple real-time molecular binding analysis for a wide variety of applications. All sample, buffer, and reagent solutions are delivered to the four sensor channels of the P4SPR via manual syringe injection. Operated, and powered, by your laptop PC via a USB interface. The P4SPR can go where the work needs to be done. With a variety of chemistry coated sensors to choose from, the P4SPR is ideal for use in a wide range of assay applications. Examples of high-quality specificity, concentration, epitope mapping, and off-rate analysis using P4SPR will be presented.

Affinité’s upcoming flow based SPR analysis platform will also be reviewed. You will see how with the P4SPR upgrade P4-Hybrid and the ezSPR, Affinité will soon offer flow-based SPR analysis systems enabling full kinetic rate analysis and automated sample deliver to individual or multiple sensor channels. Employing robust integrated microfluidics to minimize sample volume requirements and improve analysis performance. The P4-Hybrid and ezSPR enable the full range of SPR analysis capabilities and applications in a small footprint benchtop device that is not only simple but also affordable to operate. Applications of the technology for kinetic rate and affinity analysis, active concentration analysis, and high affinity/slow off-rate analysis will be presented.
