The vector of anti-ERBB2_IL13R_2 tandem chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human ERBB2 and IL13R_2. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing bivalent scFv of anti-ERBB2_IL13R_2 antibody and linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of ERBB2+/IL13R_2+ cancer.
