The vector of anti-DLL4_VEGF tandem chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to target human DLL4 and VEGF. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing bivalent scFv of anti-DLL4_VEGF antibody and linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains. And the vector product was designed for the treatment of Breast Cancer.
