These myeloid dendritic cells (DC) were obtained by culturing monocytes and then stimulated by the cytokines IL4 and GMCSF. Cells are harvested and frozen into immature DCs, but can be stimulated to full maturation. Flow cytometry was used to analyze the expression of CD11c, CD14, CD86, HLADR, CD1a, CD3 and CD19 in these cells.
