The vector of anti-_v_6 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) is constructed for the engineering of T cells to simultaneously target two epitopes of human _v_6. The T cells are genetically modified through transduction with a lentiviral vector expressing anti-_v_6 VHH1 and VHH2 linked to CD28 and CD3_ signaling domains.
