Fibroblasts
Fibroblasts are a type of cell needed to generate connective tissue within the body. The connective tissue formed by fibroblasts are fibrous and is used to support all biological tissues and organs. Fibroblasts also secrete a protein called collagen which supports the structural framework of bodily tissues.
