    Nanofabrication

Nanofabrication: is the design and manufacture of devices with dimensions measured in nanometers. Nanofabrication is particularly used by computer engineers because it opens the door to super high-density microprocessors and memory chips. Each data bit could be stored in a single atom. Other industries that are now exploring the use of nanofabrication are the medical industry, military and the aerospace industry.
