With a diverse background that includes M&A, strategic management consulting, venture finance, B2B media, e-commerce, CEO coaching, and entrepreneur mentorship, Patrick brings a wealth of experiences to CanopyBoulder. He also sits on the selection committee for The ArcView Group, was the Executive Editor for ArcView's State of the Legal Marijuana Market report, frequently runs panels at industry events, and has served as a judge for multiple Marijuana Business Conference & Expo Pitch Slams.                 As the CEO of Native Roots and Garden Variety, Ryan Brown is responsible for running all facets of the business. Charlie entered Cannabis in 2015 after serving as VP of Retail Operations, Concept Development, and Franchising for Starbucks. After exploring the industry as a consultant for cannabis leaders including Privateer Holdings, Tilray, and Grodan, Charlie took the helm as CEO of Seattle-based Dockside Cannabis in 2016. Voted Best Pot Shop in Seattle 5 of the last 6 years by the readers of Seattle Weekly, Dockside is the longest-operating Medical and Recreational Retailer in Washington State, with four stores operating around the Seattle area. Charlie re-joined Tilray in 2018 as VP, Global Retail to guide the company's entry into Adult-Use cannabis. There he recruited subject matter leaders from companies including Amazon, Starbucks, Microsoft, and Uber to design and build a Retail Shared Services organization to efficiently develop and support retail brands through national and international expansion.                           Joe Hodas serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Wana Brands where he is responsible for generating revenue by creating innovative and refined marketing campaigns for the organization while helping to grow Wana's brand, market share and customer loyalty. An early professional marketer in the cannabis industry, Hodas drove the marketing strategy for Dixie Elixirs as its first CMO, helping build it into one of the most recognized national marijuana brands. Prior to joining Wana, Hodas was CEO at Gofire, an innovator of hardware and software IP designed to change the face of plant-based medicine and mainstream healthcare. As CEO, he guided Gofire's marketing, product development, software and sales, helping to bring the company's first metered dose inhaler to market, while developing the company's next generation products intended to redefine how mainstream medicine could be delivered and monitored for adherence and efficacy. Previously, Hodas served as COO for General Cannabis Corporation, a publicly traded company consisting of several ancillary businesses. Hodas' experience also includes positions as Sr. Director of Corporate Communications for Frontier Airlines, as well as agency experience at Vladimir Jones where he was a partner and Ogilvy Public Relations. Hodas has also taught as an adjunct marketing professor at the University of Denver Daniels College of Business.                             Tripp Keber is widely considered one of the most prominent and well-known business leaders in the cannabis industry. Additionally, Mr. Keber is recognized as an established branding expert in the adult use and medical cannabis spaces. He was previously the co-founder and former CEO of Dixie Brands, Inc., a cannabis centric branding company. Dixie is known worldwide for its namesake cannabis-infused beverages and infused products, Dixie Elixirs & Edibles, Aceso and Therabis, Dixie's human and pet Full Spectrum Hemp Oil wellness brand platforms respectively, as well as hundreds of other cannabis products. Mr. Keber has served as a Director for several cannabis industry organizations, including the National Cannabis Industry Association, the Marijuana Policy Project, and the National Association of Cannabis Businesses. Currently Tripp is Managing Director for Right Side Advisory Services, LLC, a hemp and cannabis centric advisory firm that specializes in both private and public companies in the United States and abroad. He has also held many senior and C-level positions in realty, communications and other industries. He has a BS in Political Science from Villanova University and currently resides in Denver, CO with his family. Additionally, Tripp is involved in several charitable organizations located within his community including several focusing its support of military veterans suffering from "post-traumatic stress disorder."

                            Biography
                              Debbie McHugh is a 20-year media publishing veteran and joined Grasslands from Rodale, Inc. (since acquired by Hearst), where she served as Director of People Operations & Strategy across all Rodale brands including Men's Health, Women's Health and Runner's World. In this role Ms. McHugh implemented and executed company-wide change management and wellness initiatives. Her career overseeing large-scale media operations includes the roles of Senior Managing Editor at Men's Health and Managing Editor at Condé Nast Publications, Seventeen and Aspen Magazine. As Chief of Staff at Grasslands, Debbie serves as a liaison between staff, management and the CEO regarding company culture, employee development and employee retention. She oversees all hiring, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborates to address and resolve all employee and business operations challenges. She supports and advises the Chief Executive, and reviews, designs and executes improvements to the organization's structure for optimized efficiency and productivity.

                                Jonny has helped to grow Durango Organics from a single medical dispensary into a mountain chain and brand that is synonymous with quality and outstanding customer care. Since opening in 2010, Durango Organics now includes four dispensary locations and a large cultivation facility. Additionally, Jonny has partnered with Aaron Miles (Co-Owner; Durango Organics) and Matt Vincent (Co-Owner; Ska Brewing & Owner of Ska Fabrication) to create a THC & CBD line of infused seltzer waters, called Oh Hi. His experience as a successful real estate broker also contributed in navigating the complicated regulations, licensing, and zoning obstacles that are myriad in the marijuana industry. Over the past ten years running a marijuana business, Jonny's has advocated for the legitimacy and fair treatment of these businesses. Jonny has also given his time to the Durango community, participating in educational panels and speaking engagements. Jonny is an outdoor enthusiast from the desert to the mountains. He loves spending time with his three kids skiing, mountain biking, and camping.

                                  As the Chief Operating Officer for Starbuds, Josh is at the forefront of the rapidly evolving cannabis industry. He joined the Starbuds team in 2016 and has since worked closely with his team to achieve significant growth in revenue and market share nationally. Josh currently oversees operations in Colorado and Oklahoma. He believes that creating an inclusive, dynamic work environment is a key to success. Prior to joining the Starbuds team, Josh spent 9 years working in the tax resolution industry where he was able to work his way up from an entry level assistant to Director of Client Services. In this role, as well as his current role with Starbuds, Josh has been successful by implementing a customer centric approach and by focusing on staff development. Before moving to Colorado to pursue a career in cannabis, Elizabeth acted as the VP of Creative Marketing at Universal Pictures in Hollywood, focused on shopper marketing and creating consumer connections. Under her leadership, Medicine Man has expanded their retail footprint by adopting mainstream retail strategies to expand both customer experience, customer base, and profit. Her successful navigation of the rapidly changing compliance landscape has been one of the keys to the company's longevity. Cited in 2016, 2017, and 2018 by Cannabis Business Executive Magazine as one of the most important woman in marijuana, Sally is active in shaping cannabis policy at both the local and national level. Passionate about science, data, and changing the perceptions regarding the power and safety of cannabis as a medicine, she believes that educating the public is key to achieving Federal legalization and legitimacy.

                                        Biography
                                          Andy Williams is among America's most pioneering thought leaders and entrepreneurs in the legal cannabis space. Andy is co-founder and President of celebrated retail cannabis chain Medicine Man, he is co-founder of one of the fastest growing companies in the industry, Medicine Man Technologies (SHWZ), and now as a founding partner and President of the phytopharmaceutical company MedPharm, Williams is investing heavily into the future of pharmaceutical-grade cannabis research. Williams earned his degree in industrial engineering from the University of Southern Colorado after serving in the United States Army's 3rd Infantry Division. That experience prepared him for a wide-ranging career in manufacturing industries, where he quickly found himself in leadership positions and his own entrepreneurial opportunities.                                             Katrina Yolen is a seasoned marketing executive with over 20 years of experience working in mid-sized and large consumer packaged goods companies, as well as in startups. She joined Curaleaf in January 2018 as SVP of Marketing, and has been enjoying the wild ride of the cannabis industry ever since.
