Cytometry data sharing platform for collaborative multi-centric data analysis

    Biography

      Dr. Hervé LUCHE studied developmental immunology in the lab of Hans-Joerg FEHLING during his PhD and in the lab of Bernard and Marie MALISSEN for his post-doctoral studies during which he engineered and combined knock-in mouse of fluorescent proteins with multi-parametric flow cytometry panels to to address lineage commitment issues. He combined high resolution flow cytometry panels with mouse mutants of the TCR signaling pathway and transcriptomic to understand the pattern of genes involved in lineage decisions. In 2012, he joined CIPHE, the Centre for ImmunoPHEnomics - (INSERM/US012, AMU, CNRS/UMS3367) and is in charge of the CIPHE immunophenotyping service developing standardized methodologies, functional assays and high content cytometry panels of leukocytes to establish a status of the immune system at basal, inflammatory, oncology or infectious conditions in mutant animals. Dr. Hervé LUCHE is a former ISAC Marylou INGRAM scholar (2014-2018).

    CIPHE immunophenotyping services foster several long distance collaborations. The current pandemic situation, projects could move forward using the Cytobank cloud-based solution to project CIPHE analysis capabilities in cytometry to distant partners. In this webinar, Dr. LUCHE will showcase the ease of data management and illustration design in the Cytobank platform, allowing fast interrogation of multi-group multi-sample datasets. He will demonstrate how interactivity due to response server pace allows users to modify illustrations « as they speak » during a teleconference, address any potential questions that might emerge over a collaborative TC session assessing dataset and analysis quality. More intuitive key functionalities introduced into the latest version of the Cytobank platform will be presented for faster adoption of the software by new users.
