T cell plasticity
T cell plasticity describes the ability of T cells to acquire different functions at different times throughout their life cycle. Plasticity allows T cells to alter their functions in response to different environmental conditions or exposure to different pathogens. This property enables T cells to polarize to different subsets, depending on the conditions at a given time.
