A time resolved-fluorescence resonance energy transfer (TR-FRET) assay is a laboratory technique that analyzes molecular interactions which occur in biochemical processes. TR-FRET assays are commonly used to study kinases, cellular signaling, protein-protein interactions, and cell cytotoxicity.
