Can You Master Your Sense of Smell?

Some people have learned how to be experts using their sense of smell. Wine and tea experts can sniff out the difference between wines and teas and where they came from. But for most of us, we notice general odors, good and bad, but cannot distinguish specific smells in an item.

We have a few million olfactory receptors in our noses. This should give us all the ability to have any expert's affinity for smell; however, most people just don't pay attention. You can train your brain to learn to smell and associate smells better. Follow these steps to see if you can enhance your sense of smell.
