    Antisense Oligonucleotide

    Antisense Oligonucleotide (ASO) is a synthetic polymer. It is a single-stranded deoxyribonucleotide, which is complementary to the mRNA target. Antisense oligonucleotides may be used to block the production of proteins needed for cell growth.
