    Molecular medicine is a branch of medicine that develops ways to diagnose and treat disease by understanding the ways that genes, proteins, and other cellular molecules work. Life science refer to the branches of science that study life-like biology. As such, molecular medicine is a life science since it studies how biological cells/processes work.
