Thin-Layer Chromatography (TLC) and High-Performance Thin-Layer Chromatography (HPTLC) are convenient, fast, and efficient separation techniques for analytical methods without demanding complicated sample preparations. The two versatile techniques offer low running costs and short analysis time per sample, along with parallel analysis of many samples on one plate. The Pharmacopeias still have numerous monographs based on TLC and in the recent years general chapters on HPTLC have been introduced in the USP (<203> in 2015) and the European Pharmacopeia (Ph. Eur. <2.8.25> in 2017).
This webcast will provide tips and tricks to set-up high-quality separations in the pharmaceutical applications using TLC and HPTLC.

        Learning Objectives
        • Summarize your extended knowledge about TLC and HPTLC as separation techniques
        • Demonstrate TLC & HPTLC in pharmaceutical applications
        • Develop a high-quality separation performance in qualitative and quantitative analyses

Webinars will be available for unlimited on-demand viewing after live event.
